CROSSROADS
- Caring for Carers
Porthcawl and District Crossroads is a Care
Attendant Scheme operating in the Porthcawl area, supporting clients and
carers in their own homes. A full time Coordinator and a team of Care
Attendants are deployed in carer’s homes to give carers a break from
their regular caring routine. The service, depending upon the
area, is
offered at any time, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to suit the needs
of carers.

Crossroads is
pretty much self funded and relies on donations and fundraising. This is
where all can help.
