The children's Hospice in Wales
Ty Hafan's
mission is to improve the quality of life of children with life threatening
disorders and their families in Wales by providing a high standard of
respite and palliative care. Importantly, this is engendered in a caring,
therapeutic and family atmosphere without cost to the families involved
to
all of you that made this event happen.
